Estes Park Welcomes Leading Colorado Home Builder

Stonegate Homes Completes Two Million Dollar Model Home

Estes Park, CO, January 24, 2006 – StoneGate Homes announces the completion of their first luxury home in the Estes Park area. The home, built on Fall River, will serve as a model home for buyers to see the craftsmanship and amenities that StoneGate Homes build into their new home.

“We’re excited about being in Estes Park,” says Steve Caldwell, owner of StoneGate Homes. “We see a large market for second and third home buyers in the Estes Park area.”

Once considered a sleepy mountain town, Estes Park has become a thriving arts, entertainment and vacation community. Recent national attention on several of the luxury homes for sale in the community has been drawn to Estes Park as a fashionable second home location for the world’s affluent.

According to Robby Carson, luxury home specialist and co-owner of Estes Park Realty, million dollar plus property sales have been on the increase. “We saw an increase of almost 200% from 2005 to 2006 on home sales over $700,000 and we believe this growth trend will continue.”

StoneGate Homes has partnered with Estes Park Realty to market StoneGate Homes in Estes Park and to show the model home to potential homeowners.

Caldwell has been constructing fine residences for more than 30 years and recently constructed a premier gated community in Colorado Springs called StoneGate Terrace. Steve and his wife, Jody, travel the country to seek out innovative home styles and designs.

“We wanted to raise the standard for luxury homes in Estes Park,” states Jody Caldwell. “This home design style is what we call Colorado mountain sophisticated living, a perfect blend with the surrounding Rocky Mountain beauty!”

Rocky Mountain National Park and Roosevelt National Forest surround the village of Estes Park, Colorado with spectacular mountain scenery, abundant wildlife habitat, miles of hiking trails and scenic drives including Trail Ridge Road over the Continental Divide, the highest paved road in the U.S, and the Peak to Peak Scenic Byway. Located 70 miles from Denver’s International

Airport and minutes from Loveland’s Regional Airport, Estes Park is an ideal getaway for the affluent to own homes.

Robby Carson with business partner Mike Christopher started Estes Park Realty last year after working together as a team at another local agency. With marketing partner Lee Miller, the team has put together an agency that has become the premier real estate brokers in the Estes Park Valley area.  Some of this success is due to competitive marketing fees, in-house marketing staff, extensive web presence and the only million-dollar guild broker listing in the Wall Street Journal website.
